• Exchanges

    Any product bought from can be exchanged, within 7 days of receiving the product. Provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in its original state. We offer exchanges for incorrect sizes or if the product delivered is faulty.

    Perfume Exchanges
    We want to ensure your satisfaction with our products and maintain the highest standards of quality. Please be advised that, due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept exchanges for perfume purchases.

    How To Exchange

    • Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible.
    • Courier the parcel back to us.


    We have a NO refund policy. However, in case the product is out of stock and the order cannot be fulfilled, a refund can be made. If you would like to return your item within 7 days of purchasing it, we can offer you store credit of the equivalent amount.

    Order Cancellation

    You can cancel the order at any time before the order is processed. You will receive an email with the tracking information once the order is shipped. "Exchange & Return" policy will be applied once the order has been dispatched.

    International Exchanges

    International customers must bear the additional cost of shipping for exchanges. We are not able to provide a return shipping label.
