HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE

  • Use our shop tabs to browse through our product range.
  • Once you have found an item, choose your size, and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button on the product page.
  • Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘MY CART’ Button at the top of the page.
  • Click on ‘CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You can shop at M by Mahira without creating an account. However, register with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

  • Track your order and review past purchases.
  • Save your address and card details for a smoother
    shopping experience.
  • Stay up to date with new collection launches.

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order.
We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

I’VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD – WHAT SHOULD I DO?

To re-set your password, follow the ‘FORGOT PASSWORD’ instructions on the SIGN IN page.

Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES M by Mahira ACCEPT AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?

We accept all credit/debit cards powered by Visa, MasterCards, American Express, Maestro and JCB cards.

If your order is within Pakistan and under Rs49,999
you can also opt for Cash on Delivery.

You may also pay via bank transfer. Please note that we will not dispatch the order till our customer service team has received proof of payment.

HOW CAN I CHOOSE THE CURRENCY I PAY IN?

You can select the currency you wish to shop in, on the bottom right of the page.

WHICH COUNTRIES DOES M by Mahira SHIP TO?

M by Mahira ships worldwide.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE, AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

Orders are delivered within 5-7 working days from the date you place your order. Please note, during the holiday season, processing and shipping may take longer than 5-7 working days.

Shipping charges

  • Domestic - We offer free shipping nationwide.
  • International - Shipping is calculated upon checkout by our courier service and differs from region to region.

During free shipping promotions, the delivery cost will not be added to the total.

DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY?

We currently do not offer same day delivery.

HOW MUCH DUTIES AND TAXES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?

Shipping charges do not include the applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country.

All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery.

CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED? 

We are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed. We are unable to change the size and billing address once an order has been placed.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air way bill number to track your package.

ARE THERE COLORS DIFFERENT THAN WHAT I SEE ONLINE?

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your screen resolution, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.
